Right to Manage - Fees and expences
Bourne Property Management 'Right to Manage' service fee is just £35 per flat which includes ALL expences & commisions where agreed.
Please Note that we make NO CHARGE WHATSOEVER until your claim for the RIGHT to MANAGE is successfull and ONLY THEN do we charge just £35 per flat. This includes all related fees and expenses as explained below.Fixed Costs
Bourne Property Management will undertake to complete the following minimum statutory steps for exercising the right to acquire the Right to Manage:
- Properly form a RTM Company
- Serve 78 and 79 Notices
- Advise of claim success or receipt of counter claim
ALL the following items of expendature are included within our £35 fee which is ONLY charged following a succesfull claim.
*(excludes representation at any Leaseholder Valuation Tribunal in event that this should be required)
Fixed Expences
(Please be aware that there are many detailed steps involved in completing the process succesffully which must be completed correctly. Our fee INCLUDES ALL the following statutory stages:)

Landlord’s likely legal expenses
(Shareholders of the RTM company are liable for the reasonable legal expenses of the landlord. This is unavoidable however; if they exceed £600+ £25per flat an application to a Leasehold Valuation Tribunal would be advisable.)
